An Applet created on IFTTT, that reminds me to drink a glass of water whenever a meeting ends.

In his book Atomic Habits, James Clear mentioned that new habits could be added to your life by adding them to old habits. This is called habit stacking.

The habit stacking formula is: “After [CURRENT HABIT], I will [NEW HABIT].”

I am using IFTTT to stack my new habit. I have set up an Applet that will remind me to drink water after every meeting. Here’s how to do it:
